Good afternoon,
Due to the aftermath of the blizzard and its impact on school facilities and road conditions for our buses, students at the bus stops and student walkers, we must close schools tomorrow, Wednesday, February 25, 2026.
Our primary concern is the safety of our students, and after consultation with the Director of Facilities, we feel we are not quite ready to reopen.
We are grateful for the hard work of the Department of Public Works and our Montville schools' facilities and custodial crews, who have worked tirelessly throughout this storm.
